Multiple ways to watch This Wonderful Life

After nine long months of keeping our doors closed, it was both exciting and surreal to welcome audiences into the Sutton Theatre for opening weekend of This Wonderful Life! Although audience and cast sizes are significantly scaled down, there’s no denying the magic of attending a live theatre performance. Thanks to all who came over the weekend!

Katie Judge of Chatham Life & Style wrote…

“Pridgen embodies each character as they hop in and out of the story, reminding you once again just why you fell in love with those Baileys and that ‘good ‘ol Building and Loan’ in the first place… I laughed out loud, I cried, and I was left with the warmth I’d wanted before… Right now, a stage full of people couldn’t have had the same effect as this single actor did in this 75 minutes, and that is truly a testament to the creative team. So take the time to see this show, either safely in-person at the Sutton Theatre or virtually.”

Very limited seats remain for performances December 17-20, so click here to get your tickets if you want to attend at the theatre

The safety of our audiences and volunteers is our top priority throughout this production. Please visit the show page on our website to learn more about safety precautions in place and rules to attend if you’re joining us in-person (don’t forget your mask!).

For those who would rather watch from home, a pre-recorded performance is available to watch on-demand starting tomorrow, December 17! Watch any time between December 17-25 from the comfort of your home via Broadway on Demand. Pre-order your streaming ticket today or watch instantly beginning tomorrow. We hope you’ll enjoy bringing RLT home for the holidays!

A gift from RLT’s Cinderella

While we are missing our community, friends, and family in many ways this year, we are always truly fortunate for all the memories that we have created together. We hold these memories with joy and hope as we look toward a time when we can all be back together creating again.

We couldn’t let the holiday season pass without a little Cinderella magic, so please enjoy the video below of “Best of All,” by the creative team and past cast members of Raleigh Little Theatre's Cinderella:

Tomorrow: Chat with Heather & Patrick

Heather and Patrick are gathering the community (virtually) one more time this year for a casual Zoom chat to say goodbye to 2020 and hello to 2021!

Join us tomorrow, December 17, at 6:00pm to chat with RLT's Executive and Artistic Directors, ask them questions, and share your theatre-reflections of the past year. In order to keep the conversation manageable and productive, we are limiting the number of participants to 30.

To reserve your spot, please click here to register via Signup Genius. A Zoom invitation will be sent to all participants prior to the meeting on Thursday.

Classes for Christmas

The next session of classes begins the week of January 24! Give the gift of theatre classes this holiday season in one of two ways:
