A magnificent murder mystery musical opens soon!Calling all fans of Clue, Only Murders in the Building, and other quirky whodunits! Curtains opens next weekend, and this show-within-a-show is not to be missed! About the play: It’s the brassy, bright, and promising year of 1959. Boston’s Colonial Theatre is host to the opening night performance of a new musical. When the leading lady mysteriously dies on stage, the entire cast and crew become suspects. It is up to a local fast-talking detective, who just happens to be a musical theatre fan, to save the show, solve the case, and maybe even find love, all without getting killed. Packed with glorious tunes from the legendary songwriting team of Kander & Ebb (Cabaret, Chicago, etc.), Curtains is a witty and hilarious musical whodunit that you won’t want to miss! Curtains runs August 11-27 in RLT’s Sutton Theatre. Showtimes are Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8:00pm and Sundays at 3:00pm. The show runs about 2.5 hours, including one intermission. Class registration opens tomorrow!Registration for our Fall 2023 classes opens tomorrow, Tuesday, August 1!
